Dear sirs,
My new phone blocked when putting in the new sim card. I don't have my old AVG-unblock code and it is not possible to change the code because there is no connection to internet on the new phone. I put in the old simcard to undo the securitysettings but without any result. The phone is still blocked. By using a hard reset i tried to go back to the factorysettings of the new phone. Also this had no effect and the phone (LG G6) is still blocked. How can I unblock?
The last mail I recieved from AVG said that the code had been changed to 0709. When I try that on my phone it does not work.
I hope that you can help me.
