Can not update virus definitions

Regarding AVG Virus Definitions update: I request you to repair AVG Protection (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG), reboot your computer once. After reboot, please check if your AVG program and it's updates are working fine.

can not update virus definitions
after 1 sec he say he is done with the update buth in the mean time nothing happend
tried already 5 days to connect AVG by chat buth no one pick up even after whole evening triing to connect.

You can use this link https://support.avg.com/support_tech_chat to contact our chat support, try to connect to them from a different web browser(Other then Edge browser).

after filling in all the reqwesting answerhs i get a new site witch thell me that he is loading
buth nothing hapens even after waighting a whole evening on that loading
Some times i get also an box what ask me if i am a robot buth most of the time i only get the loading site.

After using your help line my AVG update again
