Hi Peter,

I'd recommend restarting your computer and uninstalling AVG PC TuneUp. Once unistalled please follow this guide to install the latest version.

I have avg internet security and avg pc tune up,when I want to update my pc tuneup I got a message that I need to close "avg user interface" and "avg setting center",can you tell me where I can close that so I can update my tuneup?

Peter, Yes if you've opted in your Community log on settings to receive an email notification when someone provides an answer in your query.
