You have recently signed up for AVG Internet Security - Multidevice (60 day Trial) which can be used on multiple Windows and Android devices.
The other subscription is for AVG Internet Security (3 Computers) license which is expiring on 2nd April 2020 and it can be used only in 3 Windows computers.
Let us know whether you would like to use Multidevice subscription or 3 computers license?

I filled in the online order for internet security for 1 year and the tune up an then filled in my credit card details but when I tried to activate it says I don't have any subscriptions.
Help please as I don't want to end up with multiple subscriptions
