I bought a year subscription off of Newegg and it expires in 30 days. It tells me my subscription will automatically be renewed. I want to cancel but it will not let me view any of my subscription data and it has told me the information is unavailable for the past 2 months. I’ve tried the Mobile website and the desktop app with no luck. How do I cancel?
