Can´t cancel my subscription

I understand that you wish to cancel your AVG Ultimate subscription and get refund for it, is that right?
If yes, I am sorry to inform you that it is not possible to get refund for your Ultimate purchase because refund has to be applied within 30 days of purchase.
The reason for AVG subscription not showing on my account is due to server issue.
It can be fixed by escalating the case to sales team.

I Bought AVG Ultimate for 2 Years (this year) and i want to cancel my subscription. When i log on my AVG Account there is no subscription listed, but a note: "(Note: If you have a subscription that should be listed here but isn't, please click here.)". When i click there they tell me something about "maintenance". But it´s like this for months now. I want to cancel my subscription and an e-mail to suppot was not responded by AVG germany.

I certainly understand that you would like to cancel auto renewal on your AVG Ultimate subscription. I would like to confirm that it has been disabled and we will not charge you for the renewal.

I don´t want a refund, the know the the period for that is long gone. I just want to cancel my subscription! How do i do that?

Please do not provide personal information here (for the security reason). However, as per your request I have cancelled the AVG Internet Security automatic renewal. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal.
