Can"t delete quarantine items

I understand your concern. Please share a screenshot of the AVG quarantine page and also let me know what exactaly happens when you try to delete the AVG quarantine items. After selecting all threats you need to put in a username and password.  I have tried all possible combinations that I can think of.  So I guess I need some kind of reset.  Im using a Mac laptop.
