I updated my protection last week and now my laptop won’t load pages. I’m connected to the internet via WiFi which is working on my mobile fine. I seem to recall I had a similar problem a few years ago when I updated. I’ve turned everything off and on again but to no avail. Any clues anyone please? TIA
