Can’t log in to My Account

I cannot log into my AVG account. I need to get the invoice for my subscription.

May I ask you the reason you've navigated through AVG MyAccount (to view the account details or to activate the product)?

All log in attempts show “couldn’t reach the server. I see numerous comments where people can’t log in to their My Account.  What’s up?
