Hi Dinesh,
My original problem was I can not
log on to the internet with internet explorer.
Today I tried and was successful in logging on with Google Chrome and Firerfox, but I still can not log in with internet explorer.

Thanks for your help. I am now able to log on with IE 11. What I did was to uninstall my old expired anti virus and it started right up. I did not uninstall my AVG Antivirus Free.
