Can’t renew subscription

If you are receiving purchase/trial expiry messages on the user interface, refer this article to re-activate the product. We sent you an e-mail which includes the activation code. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.

So AVG took my money to renew my internet security  and yet it keeps telling me I don’t have a subscription when I  put the activation codes in. I’m extremely frustrated and need this fixed.
