I attempted to cancel my subscription on line. Then they tryed to ding my card. The charge was denied because my card is close to the limit. I did an online chat. They said it was cancelled, that evening they tryed to ding my card again. I din another online chat. They cancelled all 3 of my subscriptions and said it was taken care of. Then they to ding my card again. Another online chat and they said they would refund the charge that went through 2 weeks ago and I would not be billed again, then 12 hours later they are trying to ding my card. Now I don’t have the option to do an online chat. I reached out to my card company and am waiting to hear back from them. It sounds like lots of you are also having problems with them. Perhaps we should sue them? I hope someone from AVG will step up and take care of their business.
