On May 10th I bought a subscription for AVG Tune up (ordernumber 1001461768420. I haven´t used the programm until yesterday and then I found it didn´t work, just the scanning.I have the programme downloade. And I have followed the instructions doing that and it is installed. I was told to give the activation code when asked to. I was never askedto do that… And normally it shouldn´t have been necessary. I then tried to click on My AVG and got to a page where it said :You have more than one subscription but there was just one in sight:AVG Internet Security. Then it said on the page; Add your AVG subscription by putting in the activation code. I did so and wrote the code for Tuneup: VSM7UD-37M5K2-46L7UN. The only result was that My subscription AVG Internet Security got that code instead of its old code.It was changed. But the code was for Tune Up. So now I don´t know what to do. I can´t use the programme I have paid for. Please send me a new one that works or please give me the money back.Pleas give me answer on my mail.
