Cance one of two accounts

I have two email accounts and want to cancel one of the accounts. I am not able to do this because the second account (the one I want to keep) is not recognised. Try as I might, I do not seem to be able to contact AVG to explain what I need. How do I speak to, or contact, AVG accounts to implement a cancellation of one account?
