Hi everybody,
I'm trying to cancel my trial subscripion to VPN (I received an email from AVG telling that the trial period is expiring and the subscription will be converted to a payed subscription), but following the steps for cancelling doesn't work: it is requested to enter in "My Subscriptions" area for selecting the subscription to cancel, but the list of active subscription is empty. I did several attempts but I'm always brought at the same page.
Noway to find an email address for support, nor a chat service!
I think I'm going to report to Italian Postal Police because I think it's a scam.
Anyone else have had my same problems?
