I wish to cancel my account and subscription as I do not use the product any more. I have noticed I have just been billed £69.99 and ask you to refund this money to me.
I have searched around the AVG website and cannot find where to cancel my account and subsription so I have come here to the community. Any help will be appreciated.
Brian I am in the same position as you are. Despite having written to AVG 23 days ago, I still have not had any reply or advice, so hold your breath. About 2 weeks ago I was contacted by phone of my new annual AVG subscription. After explaining my position to the AVG agent, and despite him offering me a substantial pensioners discount, I declined his generous offer. Today I notice with regret that I have been billed for the next AVG annual subscription at the full price. This is not what we had agreed to with the agent on the phone. What are my options.
