I purchased a 2 months test version, 3rd nov.-2nd January 21, but the 19th of December AVG extended for 12 months and charged the fee.
I never wanted to extend, I want to cancel, but 2 weeks bevor AVG already charged my account. What can I do to avoid this extension?
