Cancel all my account

I want to cancel both my account. 
I have just cancel subscrip on both, but i was to late with the one who are running for 2 years. Waste of 115 U$. Any change of refound ???

Yes, the auto renewal status has been cancelled for both products. We have initiated refund for your recent order.

Once we finish our internal refund procedure, the transaction will be processed by the payment operator. You will receive additional confirmation in a separate e-mail.

If you have not received the separate email, please check your junk or spam mail filters.

Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.

Generally, it should not take more than 7 business days.

Another subscription will get expired on 2019.6.8 automatically.
