i had a lot of problems with avg ; 18680655  ;- also ref 18831909;- 
after the avg tune up crashed my computer  see above ref. i had to repair the computer by using somebody who could fix the problem.
therefore as no responce  about the problem was forth coming i would ask you toe end all my subscriptions and any refunds owing. please let me know when this has been enabled. many thanks.
