Cancel and refund

How do I cancel and get refund for the awful service?
I'm after going though the steps and all they keep doing is sending me a stupid email saying they can't find any subscription under my email and asking for more information which I did send them and still nothing. I have several emails since I purchased that God awful service on April 29th and it's nothing but trouble to prove that my email is the only email for my subscription and still no one is getting back to me. 

Someone please help.
