i no longer use AVG as i have free virus protection through work, i want to cancel any subscriptions i have with your self please

We have cancelled the auto renewal service for all of the AVG subscriptions registered under your account.
Do you wish to get refund for the recently auto renewed (25th August 2019) AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices and AVG Password Protection (1 Year) subscription?
May I ask why you do not wish to use the paid version?

I have requested a refund on the 2 versions you mentioned… but yeah as I said I now have virus protection through my work so it's no longer needed
