I'm sorry to hear that you were unaware about AVG Internet Security automatic renewal, when you purchase it (2016.7.14) the automatic renewal was accepted. If a subscription is turned on, email notification about automatic renewal is sent 45 days before the end of prepaid subscription period (expiration date). However, your AVG has been renewed automatically before 15 days of the subscription period. Now, you have AVG subscription and it will expire on 2018.7.14. You can submit a refund request form (https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l=en), once you submit the refund request, our refund team will contact you as soon as possible via email with the refund confirmation, also once you receive the refund the subscription will get cancelled automatically.

Hi,
Cancel my auto renew and refund. It was renewed without my knowledge.
there is no option to cancel auto renew in my-account
