It seems you have removed the options to stop automatic renewal from the user interface. I wish to STOP auto-renewal for all my AVG subscriptions. I don't mind receiving a warning email ahead of time.
Also, I want to see a page which summarises my monthly/ annual billing for all my AVG services. AVG makes it deliberately difficult for the customer to see what they are paying for and when. I had a personal alert for when my VPN subscription was up but you have renewed this without even the courtesy of telling me. Shady customer service.

Let me explain this clearly.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

We have cancelled the auto renewal status of AVG Password protection expires on 2019.7.3, AVG Secure VPN valid till 2021.10.2 and AVG Ultimate which is going to expire on 2019.4.20. These are the active subscriptions listed under your account.
