We're here to help. You've signed up for AVG TuneUp (60 day trial) and registered under a different email address than the one you used to contact us here. I've canceled automatic renewal of this subscription and assure you will not be charged.

I just signed up to a free trial of AVG Antivirus and AVG TuneUp. I was informed I would be billed if I did not cancel the subscription within 59 days. I have not been able to find any way to cancel the subscription, I would like it canceled.
