Cancel Automatic Renewal

However, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG Internet Security. Therefore, you won't be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.

You contacted me saying that I will be automatically renewed with AVG protection in January 2020.  The email says if we want to cancel we can go to your web page and do so.  Your web page makes it impossible to do this.  The screen needed to do so is blank.  Your business practices are deplorable and dishonest.  Since your web page makes the attempt to cancel an absolute effort of futility (to your shame), I am telling you here in writing, prior to the renewal that I don't want it.  If it appears on my credit card, I will report your dishonest business practices.  I will be notifying my credit card now to stop payment of anything from you.
