I am trying to cancel the automatic renewal for two days. Now the charge is on my credit card and I do not want to renew, There is no way on your site to do this and my subscription is not even listed but I had an email to renew but no way to do it. HELP

A mi me pasa lo mismo, no hay manera de solicitar el reembolso, ni de cancelar la suscripción.
Creo que voy a alzar esta queja al defensor del consumidor.
