Cancel automatic subscription

Hi John,

AVG is partnered with the established eCommerce provider Digital River, which manages the online sale and distribution of AVG products and services. If you purchase an AVG product from the official AVG website or from the user interface of an AVG product, the order transaction may be fulfilled by Digital River.

Since we're not advised to post the subscription details in community forum, I have sent an email.

Please check the email and respond to it for further assistance.

I would like to cancel the automatic transfer from "free trial" to paid subscription and remove all data from the account.  The trial was thorough Digital River.  Last four numbers of the order are: 5920.
