Cancel autorenew and refund

Hello Louise,

As per our record, the auto renewal is already cancelled for your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices subscription.
Could you check the email that you received and confirm whether it says as charged or whether it is asking you to renew the TuneUp subscription manually as it is nearing the expiry date?

I just received an email that my subscription has been renewed and charged to my credit card. Please cancel and refund as I no longer use it.

The renewal for 2020 is now cancelled but I don’t want the one for 2019 that was just renewed!
