Cancel Autorenew

How do I cancel autorenew for trials of AVG Internet Security and TuneUp?  There is no button on AVG MyAccount and when I log in from my browser, it states that I have no subscriptions.  Yet MyAccount shows that I am enrolled in these two subscriptions.

As per our record, you have already cancelled the auto renewal service for AVG TuneUp 60 day trial order.
We have now cancelled the auto renewal service for AVG Internet Security Multidevice (60 day) trial order as well.
These two trial subscription should appear on your AVG MyAccount. Due to synchronization issue, it is not appearing on your AVG MyAccount page.
However, this will not affect the functionality of your AVG products.
We assure you that, no charge will be taken automatically for both the trial orders.
