I have exactly the same problem with that differencen that I was actually billed for it as I did not get any 'this is the end of your fre trial period' email. I would like to cancel it as I do not like it and would like refound too as I do not se it in my product orders on my AVG MyAcount and could not cancel the subscription prior billing.
I'm also having a similar issue with AntiTrack. It doesn't show up in my subscriptions list at all and I have not received an email that gives the option for cancellation.
I took a trial period for AVG antitrack. After this period I want to cancel it, before June, 7th. I certainly do not want to be billed 39,39€. I just cannot find how to cancel it. So please help me.

We certainly understand your concern.
We couldn't locate any active subscriptions under your current account of AVG. Instead, we found an active trial subscription of AVG AntiTrack under (****@telenet.be) for which auto-renewal service was cancelled already. We assure you that you will not be charged in future.
