So I just subscribed for the free trial of AVG Internet Security full protection and TuneUp to de-clutter my PC and temporarily make sure I don't have any hackers.
The subscription ID for both of them is [Activation code redacted]
I want them both cancelled and returned to the free version of the Antivirus before I get billed at the end of the period. You already have my PayPal information and have the power to take my money at will.
I've seen tons of forums here with this exact same issue, and instead of giving them an option to cancel the subscriptions themselves through your application, you cater to each of them individually only if they post about it in the forums.
Shame on you for making it this difficult. I'm posting to cancel any billing plans for my account and device, and to demand a reformed method for free trial cancellation.
