Cancel AVG subcription

Hy, I'm trying to cancel my subscription to AVG Antivirus.
I log in my AVG account and click on "My products"; so, I read tihis message:

 "You don't have any subscriptions.
(Note: If you have a subscription that should be listed here but isn't, please click here.)"

Clicking on the link, this message appears:

"Product not visible in AVG MyAccount

Issue

We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.

So, finally, what should I do to cancel AVGAntivirus?
May I simply send an email with my license number?
