I have a AVG Tuneup subscription on an older pc that will expire in 15 days. I have a new pc that works fine without this program that I have decided not to prolong the subscription on the older pc nor do I need it for my new pc. I am trying to cancel my subscription now for more than a week with no success. It seems very easy to subscribe but very difficult when you want to stop it. When I log in into my account it says that I don't have a subscription. Today I received an e-mail from AVG that they have prolonged my subscription until 6 Jan 2022 and charged my Credit Card $ 89.99 without my consent !!! I don't like to do business this way and want to stop it immediately. What steps do I have to take to cancel the new subscription and have my money reimbursed?
