Cancel continuous subsrciption

Sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel.
I have cancelled the automatic renewal and sent an email confirming the same, check your inbox and spam box as well.

My current subscription expires 6 November 2019 and I do not wish to renew. I have tried to follow the instructions to unsubscribe but the "Unsubscribe" box does not appear on my account page. I should be grateful if you could cancel my membership forthwith and ensure no annual subscription is debited from my credit card.
