Cancel existing subscription

ok…problem solved …had avg on my old windows laptop that I currently never use anymore…I will keep subscription until expiration date. TY

Avg shows that I have a current subscription that is not being used? When I go to use it shows not available please check back later..Shows expiration as 2023..How can I cancel this or unsubscribe this subscription? There is no "unsubscribe" area for this order. Can you verify for me the information I need, I know...it will be emailed to me.

call customer service and talk to them i had the same issue i just paid twice by acciedent they gave me an option to upgrade to ultimate version instead and i said yes but they gave me the incorrect verivication key and when i went to put it in it was invailid so i called again and they said to wait 24 hours for it to update so im not 100 percent but i know they will refund it if you paid twice
