Hi I’m trying to cancel my free Avg trial but when I click on my prescriptions it’s says I don’t have any. So how am I supposed to cancel?
I have replied to your email . I just want to cancel my free trial that's all , how can I do that when it says I have no subscriptions.

Thank you for the reply.
AVG web account is used to display the subscriptions purchased from AVG website. It will not display the subscriptions purchased from other sources such as online resellers and mobile purchases(Apple App Store/Google Play) Could you confirm if the AVG trial purchase was made via mobile?
For mobile purchase we have our dedicated mobile support team.
Additionally, we've sent you an email with further details. Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to get back to us.
