Cancel free trial

Hello Jon.
We are sorry to hear that an AVG product did not meet your expectations.
We acknowledge your request to cancel the automatic renewal.
However, you do not have an active trial subscription for AVG Internet Security.
As per our records, you signed up for AVG TuneUp (60 day trial).

Apologies, I meant the AVG TuneUp.  Is it possible to cancel this subscription please?

Hi, I just got the free trial for the AVG Internet Security and I'm not so satisfied with the service. Could someone please cancel this subscription for me as it does not give me the option to do myself.
