Cancel membership

Hello,

i have received an email asking to confirm that I would like to cancel my membership. 

It is not showing up on my account details page, and I do not own the laptop the cover is for anymore. 

Please can you cancel this before the renewal date in Aprl?

Can you send me an email confirmation of the cancellation also please.
