How do I cancel my AVG account (my age and health reasons)?

The order (40342089608) was with AVG Digital River for AVG TuneUP(60Day Trial) dated17/9/2019. I did not realise I had the TuneUp on my Gaming PC so wanted to cancel the Digital River order before the 60 days trial was up.I do not mind about a refund but want to be sure that as of now I owe AVG nothing more.
If that is the case then I would like to cancel my account. My son in law will take care of my PC needs and that will make my life a lot easier (being 84 years old with Angina, Diabetes, and memory beginning to go is more than enough to cope with.

I apologise for my "bobbing about". It has been down to the fact that I am not familiar with having to "talk" with my fingers, much prefer telephone conversation, and my age is against me. So now my final request is to Cancel my AVG account. Not because your products aren't great value but, as already stated several times, I am 84(on the 29th. October), have Angina (which is worsening), Diabetes, which apparently can bring on nerve damage (and that is true in my case) plus my mind is not as good as it was, so I am giving control of any orders for my Gaming PC, my Laptop, and my Tablet to my Son-in-Law. That will take a lot of presure off me, which, in turn, will help alleviate my Angina. So, will you take care of that for me? Or should I attempt to get back to where I began. I must be truthful. It has taken me a LOT of hours to get to this stage,going round in circles time after time. Please help if you are able.

Dennis, you are not seeing an option to cancel the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp (60 day trial) is because it has been cancelled already.
To be precise, it was cancelled on 30th Sep 2019. We assure you will not be charged for its renewal when the trial expires.

If, as I have spent the past 2 weeks trying to establish, I do not still owe avg anything, then I feel I must pass anything to do with my PC over to my son in law. As I think you may be aware I am 84 years of age (29th. Oct) suffering with Angina, Diabetes,hearing aids and I my mind is not as good as it used to be.
Therefore, the less I have to worry about, the better.
Back to your answer:- I assume that the auto renewals are all cancelled. The only one that worries me still is the order placed with Digital River 17th Sept. order number 40342089608 for a 60-day Trial of AVG TuneUp. I had not realised that I already had it on my Gaming PC (due to expire May 14th 2020).
Is the 60-day trial covered, as it has the same expiry date? Or will I be charged when the 60days are up?

I want to completely cancel Everything so that I can relax (as already stated) AVG., not because there is anything wrong with the products but purely for the good of my health as Already stated in earlier answers.Clear me completely from any contracts etc. tell me How much you think I owe then let me go.

It is an order I placed on17/9/2019 with Avg Digital River as stated (a 60-Day Trial) .Is This One Taken Care Of? I have tried to cancel within the 60 days but am not sure if it has worked.

Now I am unable to login to my AVG Account. I have had to come back to you via Facebook.When I put in my login info all I get is the list of Subcriptions. HELP>HELP>. I am going mad with worry.
