Dennis, you are not seeing an option to cancel the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp (60 day trial) is because it has been cancelled already.
To be precise, it was cancelled on 30th Sep 2019. We assure you will not be charged for its renewal when the trial expires.
Having tried for more than a week to find out what, if anything, I owe AVG, I have been told EVERYTHING is cancelled. My only concern is an order 40342089608 I placed unknowingly with AVG Digital River Ireland for AVG TuneUp (60-Day Trial) dated 17/9/2019, afterwards realising that I already had AVG TuneUp on my Gaming PC. All attempts to cancel this before the 60 days were up have not been successful from my point of view, although at least 2 of your agents have told me there would be no further charges, that all was cancelled.
My only 2 reasons for wanting to close my account with AVG are;- It has the stars and stripes flag suggesting it is with AVG USA and my age (84) and poor health.
