Cancel my account

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I tried to send a comment but there seems to be no actual SEND button so one is unsure whether it has got through. Checking on mesages it obviously did not

Checking my AVG Account all my cancellations are correct but The Tune Up is not mentioned although it has been renewed only a few days ago without an order. My Bank needs an order number and date but there is not one.How can I get hold of a copy., Please?

No other charges were made from your account. If you want to delete the AVG Myaccount, Please confirm that you really wish to have your personal data removed from AVG systems. Once confirmed, we will initiate the process and we will notify you once the data has been removed. Please note that this is a one way process and once the data is removed, we cannot restore it.

Please cancel my AVG Tuneup account and any other accounts I may have with AVG. I am very frustrated! I tried to cancel my account and there is no option to do so on my subscription page. Now this has automatically renewed?! I'm guessing the same thing will happen in a year, even though the subscription page states I will be downgraded to the free version. Please cancel my account now, and I expect a full refund of this last renewal because of the trouble. Thank you.
