Took out free 60 day trial with a view to fixing problems on my laptop but now it seems I need to pay extra for a 'tune up' option to resolve these issues. I cannot cancel my auto renewal on the app and the subscription is not showing in my account on the full website. Very poor system but perhaps that is by design? I wish to cancel my auto renew that I cannot see!
