I have cancelled automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp (Multi - device) subscription and assure you will not be charged for its renewal. An email confirming the same has also been sent to your registered email address, please check your inbox and spam box as well.
You can continue using the current subscription until it expires (7th Nov 2019) and renew it manually at the end of the subscription.
If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.
