I haven't been with AVG for over a year now and you have taken $54.99 for tuneup out of my credit card, I checked my account and it says i have no subscriptions. Your email had the number 69278177600, please refund me my money, regards Jan

I was just charged $96.29 on 11/13/2019 for a renewal of the AVG product which I have not used in over a year. I want this cancelled immediately and all money refunded to me. I did not authorize this renewal. Also cancel any and all subscriptions in my name and/or email account. I want nothing more to do with this product.
