I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions. I have AVG tune up and AVG secure VPN for windows. Renewed 7-10-20. your web page is very unclear. I do not want to keep it running for another year. Being I dont believe I used last years subscription. If the cancellation did go through I apologize for all this. It's just not clear if any thing went through,It would be nice if you get some kind of conformation from the info I left was confirmed. the $75.59 I would like it put back in my account plus the tune up if possible. And cancel my subscription and credit card from your records so i don't get billed again. Thank you for your assistance,
