Cancel my Subscription

Shouldn't be this difficult.

Payment hasn't gone through because I've blocked this credit card from working. I want to unsubscribe from you guys constantly trying to charge this card. No, I don't want to put my new card on file. No I don't want to subscribe to anything else. 

Please unsubscribe me from any and all potential payments coming up in the near future.
