Cancel My Subscriptions

I took thee trial but did not like it and you have up dated it to a purchase!
I do not want it at all, so have removed it from my computer and want a refund!
This is a bad way to run a business!

Is this some kind of scam AVG is running?

So many people have the same exact problem, and AVG refuses to address it.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

AVG makes it virtually impossible to cancel trial subscriptions.

Nothing simple about it at all.

It's like they punish you for wanting to cancel their products. 

TOTALLY UGLY WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

We realize this must be upsetting and it is actually possible to cancel the subscription from AVG my account.
However, the pre-authorized trial orders will not appear in AVG my account. Hence, for its cancellation, customers have to reach us.
We couldn't find any trial registered under the account that you have used for posting here.
Hence, we sent an email requesting details to locate your trial order.
