Cancel my subscrition

Last year 27 April 2020 I cancelled my auto renewal. I received a reply  on the same day saying AVG had cancelled my auto renewal and no further payments would be taken. I wish you to confirm this as the PC for which AVG subscriptions had been cover for has now been taken out of use. thank you Terence Coates
