You have an active AVG PC TuneUp subscription valid till December 4, 2018 and auto-renewal was cancelled from your end already to avoid future payments.
Provide us the screenshot of AVG MyAccount page with your e-mail address to assist you further.
The PC Tune-up subscription is not listed in My Account but I have received a renewal email. I cant get my purchase history today 20 November 2018 as I was able on 28 September 2018 which list my licence number. Please cancel this subscription.
