My account was renew automatically in august , 1 month prior to the expiry date . The amount was 121.86 and my last licence the cost was 45.98 . I request  a refund since i did not authorize that amount  my first request was  in august and did a follow up in september prior to the expiration of my license ( september14 )
 I am still waiting for the refund . This delay  is not acceptable and It seems that we are unable to speak to a person. I try this way of communication and hope i will get a reply
